What we collect

• Newsletter: your email address, optionally your first name, and the date you confirmed.
• Pattern purchases: the name and email address you enter on Stripe's payment page, the patterns you bought, the amount paid, and Stripe's payment reference.

How we use it

Newsletter details are used only to send the newsletter. Purchase details are used only to confirm your payment, email your cover letter and pattern files, and answer questions about your order. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Everything is stored in a Google Workspace account owned by Mahatmama LLC (Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Drive). Access is limited to the account owner. Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe's privacy policy). You enter your card details on Stripe's own page; we never see or store them.

Your choices

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct, or delete your purchase or newsletter information, email techsupport@mahatmama.com. We may keep basic order records as long as needed for tax and accounting.
